innovaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como al desarrollo de capacidades emprendedoras y de gesti\u00f3n de proyectos de emprendimiento, a trav\u00e9s de la creaci\u00f3n de productos o servicios con impacto en una problem\u00e1tica o necesidad de su contexto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9nes participan?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El Concurso Nacional Crea y Emprende est\u00e1 dirigido a estudiantes de 1.er a 5.\u00b0 grado de educaci\u00f3n secundaria de Educaci\u00f3n B\u00e1sica Regular, Jornada Escolar Regular, Jornada Escolar Completa y Secundaria con Formaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica, y del ciclo avanzado de la Educaci\u00f3n B\u00e1sica Alternativa de las instituciones educativas p\u00fablicas y privadas a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>BASES E
